Privacy checks and model processing
Publishing requires a locally reviewed export. After your explicit confirmation, the server repeats privacy and content review before storing anything. Only the minimized story and its capability summary are sent; semantic review uses the configured model provider as a separate processing boundary. A failed review stores nothing new.
